AI training for your team
Come with one job you do every week, leave with it running without you.
A practical, hands-on workshop for finance, admin and leadership teams. No technical background needed. Everyone works on their own real task, not a toy example.
Register interestWho it's for
- Teams who know AI could save them time but haven't found where to start.
- Finance and admin staff with repeating work: reports, reconciliations, summaries, chasing.
- Managers who need to decide what AI is allowed to touch, and who checks it.
What happens on the day
Before the day, each person tells us one job they do every week. During the session, each block moves that job one step further. There's a check-in halfway through, so nobody leaves stuck.
First half: the four Ds
Built on the AI Fluency 4D Framework by Prof. Rick Dakan and Prof. Joseph Feller, developed with Anthropic.
- Delegation
- Break your job into steps and decide which ones AI does, which stay with a person, and where the checks go.
- Description
- Write the job as a brief the AI can act on, so it stops guessing.
- Discernment
- Produce a first real output and check it properly. Spot the confident mistakes before they reach a report.
- Diligence
- Agree what data can go into which tool, and who is accountable for what comes out.
After the break: making it stick
- Context
- Most "it made it up" moments come from asking without context. Build a reusable pack of your policies, templates and tone so every answer starts from your organisation, not the internet.
- Running without you
- Set the job to run on a trigger or a schedule, with a human checkpoint where it matters.
- Leadership session
- What would you let AI do without asking? Where must a person sign off? Who owns its mistakes? Leave with your first answers written down.
What your team leaves with
- One weekly job each, running with AI and checked by a person.
- A context pack saved in the tool they already use.
- Ground rules for what data goes where, and who signs off.
Format
- A half day (about 3½ hours), hosted in Weston-super-Mare at no extra cost.
- We can come to you instead. Travel and expenses are charged on top.
- Online is possible.
- Up to 12 people per group, so everyone gets hands-on help.
- Works with the tools you already have: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
