AI Training Workshop: Online
The same hands-on workshop, condensed into 3 hours, live over Google Meet.
For people who can't get to Weston-super-Mare, or just want the core of the day without a full day out of the office. Bring one job you do every week, leave with it running without you.
3 hours, live over Google Meet · small group, up to 10 people
Book your placeWho it's for
- Teams who want the workshop's hands-on support, but can't travel to Weston-super-Mare.
- Anyone who'd rather do this from their desk in an afternoon than take a full day out.
- Managers who need to decide what AI is allowed to touch, and who checks it.
Want the full day instead — in person, with lunch, and time for a leadership session as well? See the in-person workshop. Just want to explore the framework alone first? Try the £7 self-serve guide.
What you need
- A laptop, camera and microphone, and a quiet spot for 3 hours.
- Google Meet (no app install needed — a link is all you need).
- An active subscription to an AI tool such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- An answer to the question: “What task do you want to automate through AI, of the same level that you could delegate to a trainee with a clear checklist?”
What happens on the day
Before the session, each person tells us one job they do every week that they want to delegate to AI. The 3 hours cover the four Ds in full, the same as the in-person day, with a check-in halfway through so nobody is left stuck. What the full day adds on top — building a reusable context pack and a leadership session on ground rules — isn't covered here; it's worth the in-person day if your team needs that too.
Built on the AI Fluency 4D Framework by Prof. Rick Dakan and Prof. Joseph Feller, developed with Anthropic.
- Delegation
- Break your job into steps and decide which ones AI does, which stay with a person, and where the checks go.
- Description
- Write the job as a brief the AI can act on, so it stops guessing. (What, how, detail)
- Discernment
- Produce a first real output and check its output. Spot the mistakes before they reach a report. (Product, process, performance)
- Diligence
- Agree what data can go into which tool, and who is accountable for what comes out.
What you leave with
- One weekly job, running with AI and checked by a person.
- A first draft of the ground rules for what data goes where, and who signs off.
Format
- 3 hours, live over Google Meet — a joining link is sent after booking.
- Up to 10 people per session, with a check-in halfway through, so everyone gets 1-on-1 support.
- Works with the tools you already have: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
